Celevee

Terms of Service

Last updated August 2, 2026

These terms cover your use of Celevee. The most important part for most hosts is the Acceptable use for sending section.

Using Celevee

By creating an account or sending an invitation you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to hold an account. Keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use for sending

Celevee sends invitations and event notifications on your behalf, from your name. You may only add someone to a guest list if you personally know them and have their permission, or a reasonable expectation of consent, to contact them about your event. Specifically:

  • No purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise harvested contact lists.
  • No marketing, promotional, fundraising-at-scale or commercial bulk email.
  • Do not re-add or re-import a guest who has unsubscribed or opted out.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organisation as the host.
  • Keep content lawful — no harassment, hate, explicit material, malware or scams.

Every invitation and notification email Celevee sends includes a one-click unsubscribe link for that recipient, plus granular controls to turn off specific notification types. We honour unsubscribes automatically and suppress addresses that bounce or report spam; hosts cannot override this.

If you share an invitation link yourself by text message, WhatsApp or another app, that message is sent by you from your own device and account — Celevee does not send it, and the messaging rules of that platform and your carrier apply to you.

We may suspend or remove an account or event that violates this section, and we may act on complaints from recipients or providers without notice where necessary.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, video and text you upload. You give us permission to host, process and display that content for the purpose of running your event — for example, showing it on your invitation page and including it in emails to your guests. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

AI-generated content

AI features produce artwork and suggested wording from your prompts. Output can be inaccurate or resemble other work, may not be eligible for copyright protection, and is provided as-is. Review anything you generate before sending it, and don't rely on AI extraction of an imported invitation without checking the details.

Guest data

When you upload a guest list you remain responsible for that information. Handle it in line with applicable privacy law, delete guests who ask to be removed, and see our Privacy Policy for how we process it.

Beta service and availability

Celevee is currently free while in beta. We may change, limit or discontinue features, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability. If we introduce paid plans we will give account holders notice before charging anything. See Pricing.

Disclaimers and liability

Celevee is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for an event that goes wrong because a message wasn't delivered, opened, or read. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Celevee and request deletion at any time by emailing support@celevee.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law and contact

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be inserted before general availability.]
